Reports may be made confidentially to company management. Individuals who report concerns in good faith will be protected from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse consequences. Investigation & Consequences All reported concerns will be investigated fairly, objectively, and confidentially. Confirmed violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or contracts, and legal action in accordance with UAE law.
